To all of the incredible women in the HYO community we hope you have enjoyed the daily reminders to use your voice for kindness, compassion and change in our lives. For our final day of Women's Health Week we remind you that No Thanks! is a complete sentence. Prioritising your health, setting boundaries and knowing your limits is so important and one we often forget to focus on. We see you on your mat meeting yourself in the moment and moving with compassion and intention. Lets remember to embody this energy in all areas of our lives.
