We have all heard about the benefits of meditation and most of us at least have an app on our phones to help us make the commitment to start.  Most of us try to give it a go but just end up sitting there with our own personal evil best friend (our brain) telling us what we should be doing instead or how to fixate on the one thing that is driving us nuts at the moment – so what do we do?  We get up and keep moving, with the vague promise that we will try again later, “when we are not so busy”.  But what if we could make it a little bit easier?  Instead of everyday and by yourself, you could opt in once a month and be supported with guidance and like-minded people who just want the opportunity to find some quite time as well.  If we have not convinced you already, check out some more benefits below.
