Karen turned to yoga during at time of great emotional trauma in her lie, and found it to be life changing. What began as a distraction soon turned into an addiction, and eventually a way of life. She believes yoga has the ability to heal and strengthen both the mind and body, all the while complementing every aspect of ones life.

When Karen is not practising or teaching yoga, she has the good fortune of helping enable others to create feeling of beauty both inside and out.
