Margaret has always prioritised health and fitness; and yoga has always been her way of maintaining flexibility and strength. Apart from obvious health benefits, Margaret’s ongoing practice and her teaching journey has been humbling and inspiring experience.

She wants to share the magic of yoga with others, no matter their shape, size, fitness level or mindset. Like all of our classes, it’s a non-judgemental, safe and friendly environment and Margaret would love for you to join her on the mat.
